The other week from 19 – 25th I was on my winter ML training course in the Cairngorms with Pete Hill. Winter was fast disappearing with very warm temperatures for that time of year. We still managed to find enough snow and ice to complete the syllabus though and winter did made a brief return in time for our snow holing and night navigation excercise. Not many photos taken during the week, I’m afraid it was to wet to get the camera out and half the time I was so busy I forgot, still here’s a few just to prove I was there.
Looks like the Scottish winter has gone for this year, pointy tools back in the cupboard for the Caucasus or the Alps perhaps.
